Do you really use industry experts to assess and handpick candidates?

Yes all of our recruitment consultants have industry experience working in the tech space in various roles such as software developers, business analysts, QA engineers and others. Depending on the role we hire for, we engage the recruitment consultant with the most relevant industry experience to ensure the best possible outcome for both clients and candidates.

How do you ensure that both clients and candidates receive prompt status updates and feedback?

What do you mean by technical screening?

We carry out technical screening of all candidates we source for our clients. We have developed our own two stage assessment process that takes into account the interests of both clients and candidates. In stage 1, a member of our team carries out a 5-15 mins phone conversation with the candidate to discuss the job position and determine whether to proceed to the stage 2 of the screening process. In stage 2, a member of our team carries out a technical assessment which lasts 30-60 mins. During the technical assessment we use a combination of white board exercises, aptitude tests and coding challenges depending on the role we hire for and any additional client requirments.
